The Board will hold regular monthly meetings on the first Tuesday at 6 p.m. and regular monthly work sessions on the third Tuesday at 6 p.m.

Eight KCS administrators have been appointed by the Board of Directors of TNCPE to the 2016 Board of Examiners.

Dr. Janice Irvin has been named principal of John F. Kennedy Elementary School, effective immediately.

KCS School Nutrition Services will provide a Free Meals for Kids Summer Program located at John Sevier Middle School this summer.

Beth Lee, an English Second Language (ESL) teacher at KCS has recently been named the TNTESOL 2016 Teacher of the Year – Eastern Region.

The BOE Work Session on Tuesday, May 17 has changed to Thursday, May 12 at 5:30 p.m. located at First Baptist Church

Dr. Holly Flora, Sevier Principal, named a 2016 Tennessee National Distinguished Principal by the National Association of Elementary School Principals.
